Richmond, VA prosecutors are attempting to indict a man on an aggravated involuntary manslaughter charge following a car accident last week that took the life of a Virginia Commonwealth University student and injured two others. 23-year-old Varinder Chahal appeared in Richmond General District Court on Monday where a judge set bail at $25,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 22nd.
